Move your butt. Every day.
Especially in the morning. Fascia can build up every night while you are sleeping (aka not moving). So moving everything goddamn day is key.
You will be astonished by how it minimizes your aches and pains that you’ve been trying to medicate away for years. Of course, if you’ve ever been injured, aren’t very active, and/or do a repetitive motion all day long (like typing on a computer), you most likely have fascia build up.
That being said, don’t wait till you are in pain to take care of your fascia!
